We respectfully emphasise that the observed conditions on 23rd July 2025 were not
representative of our normal operating standards. They arose due to the timing of scheduled
improvement works and temporary equipment failures, all of which were managed at the time to
ensure no risk to food safety.
We remain fully committed to the highest standards of food hygiene and safety, and to
constructive engagement with our Local Authority. A re-inspection has been requested at the earliest opportunity to ensure our current standards are properly reflected.
