The issues within the report, which are not typical of the establishment, were caused by a number of factors including poor communication, and lack of attention to detail. Meetings have now taken place with key staff members to correct the issues. Items raised regarding clading, fly screens, etc have all been addressed. And a deep clean of the premises as taken place.
