We took over the business in January 2024 and our inspection took place within 6 weeks of opening. Although we had things in place at that time, we had not got round to filling in the Safer Food Better Business and diary pack, We were however following the advice it contains. Since our inspection we have gone through the safer food better business pack to make sure it covers everything we do, and we are completing the diary pack daily.
