We have removed the staff toilet which was in a separate room next to our dry-storage area. This potential hazard was raised for the first time on our third inspection but was immediately rectified within days of it being brought to our attention.
We have also held extensive retraining with our team to ensure they are fully confident with implementing all aspects of our risk assessments and the relaying of information to officers during future inspections.
