As the owners, we have taken immediate action by implementing recommended changes and enhancing our internal training programme. Furthermore, we have made personnel changes to ensure that we consistently meet the highest possible standards and meet the expectations of our customers. Having completed all the recommended updates, we have requested a re-inspection and are confident in retaining our long-running 5-star rating.
