The establishment has replied:
Due to a boiler fault, we were without constant supply of hot water to the premises. We failed to implement our procedures and relied on temporary measures having called a plumber and continued to operate. This issue has now been fixed and retraining provided to prevent such a mistake happening again. We were previously rated 5 stars, which has always been of the upmost importance to us, and now eagerly await our reinspection.
