We were naturally extremely disappointed with the result of the recent food hygiene inspection and regret that our usual high standards weren’t quite right on the day of the visit. Since the inspection we have carried out the requested work and have re-trained all our team on our food safety management procedures. We have also sought the advice of an expert to review our food hygiene practices. We will be inviting the local authority back to carry out a re-visit at the earliest opportunity and are confident that we will regain our previous good rating and demonstrate to our customers that food safety is our top priority.
