I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements:

• There is now a new manager and/or new staff.
• The staff have been given instruction

‘We are currently monitoring the dilution rate and contact time for the disinfection. Staff are constantly made aware of this.

Improvements made.

• Dishwasher has been serviced
• Disposable aprons are now used.
• Separate HACCP document has been removed from the Safer food Pack to make sure staff are not confused with the incorrect document.’
