The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.
A new management system has been implemented.
The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.
The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because we have been complacent and let our standards slip and our equipment to age. Since the inspection we have replaced our equipment and also updated our standards. We apologise to our customers that this has happened, we would also like you to know we are actively fixing our problems and also making further improvements.
