One the day of the inspection we had just had our old head chef leave very suddenly and possible took all our hygiene paperwork with him leaving us with no best practice literature and our current head chef without any hand over period or working code to follow.
Yes mistakes have been made but have now resolved 90% of the issues raised and are now just awaiting a revisit and rescore which we are sure will be back at the levels we have been used to. The Council has now received a re-inspection request, and will re-inspect the site.
