Fun HQ Cardiff currently has a food hygiene rating of 4. This was awarded on Thursday 3rd April 2025 by Cardiff Council.

I agree with the inspection results, but have since carried out the following improvements;
The calibration was being done by an urn as a cooker was not on site. Purchase of a single ring has now resolved this. The underneath countertop has been replaced by a new fridge for holding milk only.
The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because of limited facilities to calibrate our thermometers and a broken under counter top of fridge. There were no issues found with the management, paperwork, safety or cleanliness of the premises. We are more than happy for anyone to see our paperwork from Environmental Health.
