Please find details of the “Right to Reply” in relation to the penalty issued against the Confidence in Management. There was an administrative oversight in the registration of the premises, resulting in a late registration with Wakefield Council. I would like to assure you that we have now reviewed our processes regarding the receipt of information and notification from our Area Business managers, regarding the award of new contracts and the transfer of such information, to be directly forwarded to myself. As you can appreciate, I do not want a re-occurrence of this issue again.
