I agree with the inspection results and staff have been trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.
1) 2 hourly food heating system is implemented. Regular Temperature monitoring system in place ( As advised on inspection)
2) Hot water available now to wash basin.
3) The wall surface to the side of the wash hand basin cleaned.
All the finding on the inspection is rectified.
