I agree with the inspection results and would like to make other comments.
At the time of inspection the aprons were hanging up ready to to be worn and shown to the inspector but were not on the member of staff because the van wasn’t actually open for business The paper work has now been fully completed, as we only received the file the day of inspection.
The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because
the hot water tap is being plumbed this weekend
