Since the inspection, the kitchen and associated areas have been thoroughly cleaned and procedures put in place to ensure this is maintained, a new team of experienced food handlers are now in place who have the relevant food hygiene certificates and a newly completed food safety management system, (Safer Food Better Business) has been completed and the new team have been trained in its requirements
