The establishment has replied:
I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements;
The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained
A new management system has been implemented.
The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.
Furthermore, I have added three signs to the front of the trailer asking customers to let us know about any allergies they may have. I have also added a large sign explaining how all our products contain gluten (wheat).
-I have fixed my sink and tap so I have a consistent water supply, so I don’t have to rely on the portable hand-wash system.
I now have antibacterial spray which complies with the BS EN 1276 codes, and no longer use Dettol, which I believed to be sufficient.
I have completed the SFBB manual and am recording fridge temperatures etc. I was previously following the guidelines and the processes are always respected, but the paperwork was not at all up to date, and I apologise for this.
-I have printed all staff training certificates.
