The transition from Tutbury Sandwich Bar to the Tutbury Village Kitchen under new ownership has been a challenging time. Significant investment and a full renovation has allowed me to Start Again and build a food service for Tutbury that is clean, safe and professionaly managed, always following the guidance of the FSA and with the support of East Staffs Environmental Health. The structural changes & enhanced knowledge of management mean Tutbury Village Kitchen is a food service that can be used in confidence and I look forward to the rating reflecting this.
