At the time of inspection, we had only just hired the trailer and were in the process of setting up. The hot water was not functioning however; the owner was contacted immediately and attended to resolve the issue, which was fixed within two hours and was due to a faulty wire on the machine which was replaced.
During this period, we maintained safe practices as we always do; separate tongs, milk jugs and equipment are used for allergens; hot water was available via our coffee machine and neighbouring trailers and all equipment is returned daily to our main unit thorough dishwashing and changeover. Hand sanitizer is always provided for hand hygiene.
We have operate in this manner at other events and also those without our trailer present without issue and have been consistently met environmental health requirements.
