The establishment has replied:

We agree with the inspection results and have since carried out thorough cleaning and have procedures in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained. 

All of the issues that are within Educaterers Ltd control have been completed: a new probe thermometer has been issued, freezers defrosted and cleaned and the dishwasher has been fixed.

The kitchen still has flaking paint and general maintenance issues; these are waiting for the kitchen rebuild whcih is due in 2025.
