We are aware of the recent Environmental Health Officer visit to Acorn Bank and are actively addressing all the actions raised. We will be applying for a re-visit as soon as possible.
The National Trust treat food safety with the utmost importance and have detailed processes in our Food Safety Management System. These processes are continually monitored by daily management checks. Regular external audits by food safety experts from an independent food safety consultancy also ensure standards are being maintained.
