The establishment has replied:

I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements:

• The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained. An enhanced and certified antibacterial spray has been purchased and required kitchen maintenance has now been completed.
• The staff have been trained/retrained/given instructions/are under supervisory arrangements. We have reviewed our procedures and reminded volunteers of their food hygiene training to ensure safe practice at all times. This will be supplemented by new kitchen materials and direct supervision for the next lunches to ensure high standards are maintained in accordance with our procedures.
