The establishment has been thouroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained

The staff have been re triained/ re trained / given instruction/ are under revised supervisory arranements
Since the inspection we have taken all the necessary steps to address the issues raised. The premsies has been thoroughly cleaned and we have put procedures in place to maintain high hygiene standards. All staff have been retrained and we have improved our mainagement system to ensure compliance going forward. We are fully committed to maintaining exellent food hygiene standards.
