We agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements:

- The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned, and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.

- The establishment has been or will shortly be fully renovated.

- The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.

In addition to the above improvements, the company will implement additional bird deterrent measures in the external yard. The external yard has been cleared and cleaned, and plans are in place to extend the warehouse to create additional space for food storage. Cleaning procedures have been reviewed and implemented, and continuous monitoring is in place to maintain cleanliness standards. The company is cooperating with the local authority Environmental Health Officer and will apply for a re-inspection to reassess the food hygiene rating following the completion of these measures.
