I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements:

• The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned.
• The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.

‘- A new system for preparing salads has been introduced and all staff must sign on completion

- Allergen documentation has been revised and updated. All products sold are listed with allergens highlighted for customer information.’

The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because:

‘- The floor behind the servers has had a new covering fitted.

- The main corridor has been painted.’
