The establishment has replied:

We acknowledge that normal duties had lapsed resulting in conditions found.

We have taken on board the comments of the officer and have begun a schedule of renovations and repairs to ensure that we meet all requirements.

At present we continue to upgrade our facilities and this will be ongoing for the future. Staff have been retrained to help with ongoing requirements. On this occasion we will not be requesting a re-rating, as we would like to continue investing in ourselves. We look forward to our next inspection.
